The earth laughs in flowers. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
This year I’m committed to working hard to create less waste and make eco-conscious and mindful decisions in my personal and business life. For example, the energy attached to the plastic bags that sat in my drawer that would eventually clog our oceans held such a negative energy that it affected my day to day being (whether I was conscious of it or not). Clearing out those bags from my space and using cloth bags instead is one way I’ve changed the energy of my personal space to enhance my personal energy.
So when it came time to think about business cards I wanted to align Feng Shui Ash with an eco-friendly printer. I don’t know about you, but whenever I receive business cards I toss them as soon as I get home. It’s a waste of paper and it’s turned into a meaningless exchange of energy.
I wanted to change this and use this traditional business gesture to spread some love and good chi.
So I printed my business cards on recycled seed paper.
You plant the business card and a blend of colorful wildflowers will grow (Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, English Daisy, Catchfly and Snapdragon).
Adding flowers to our life enhances the chi of our space (indoor and outdoor). And here’s a tip, It’s especially powerful to add flowers to spaces with no windows. Those are areas that need more uplifting energy and flowers will do the trick.
With every exchange of the card I’ll create less waste and help enhance someone’s personal energy by adding life energy to their space.
What other ways can we change the energy of business practices? Let’s discuss, comment below.
